RETURN POLICY
There are no returns on Love and Luck Jewelry items, All sales are final.
REPAIRS
Love and Luck Jewelry stands behind their merchandise 100%, quality and craftsmanship is of our utmost concern. However, jewelry by its very nature is delicate. If you should experience the need for repair on a Love and Luck Jewelry item please email info@loveandluckjewelry.com and reference your Name, Address, and Repair Issue.
Love and Luck Jewelry will repair at no charge any breakage caused by manufacturer defect within 60 days of receipt of purchase. Repairs needed after 60 days caused by misuse will incur a repair charge at the customer’s expense. Repairs will be assessed on an individual basis.

JEWELRY CARE
All Love and Luck Jewelry should be treated like art work, very carefully! As much as you love your Love and Luck Jewelry and want to wear it all the time, we do not recommend sleeping in, showering in or exercising while wearing your jewels.
Please do not spray perfumes, hairsprays or lotions directly near your jewelry as many beauty products can cause tarnishing of metals. Our fine chains can be delicate and should be treated with the utmost care. They should always be stored carefully. Please do not pull on your chains.
MATERIALS USED
Love and Luck Jewelry uses a variety of materials to make our pieces. Any metal you see used in our product is 14k gold, 14kt gold plate, or sterling silver. 18k gold is available by special order only. Our black-rhodium charms are made from sterling silver coated in black rhodium. Rhodium is a member of the platinum family. Depending on the piece, we pavé our jewelry in a variety of stones, most commonly diamonds. Our beads are made from a variety of precious and semi-precious.
SPECIAL ORDERS
To inquire about a special order, email info@loveandluckjewelry.com and a member of Love and Luck Jewelry will work with you directly. Special orders are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Special orders in addition to our regular purchases are final sale. Special orders cannot be canceled once they have been put into production.
